Please make it easy to unsubscribe from your messages – that will not only save you from Facebook’s punishment but will also massively increase the quality of your automated conversation and customer happiness.
Use the STATUS block to control the subscription status of your chatbot users. Just set the status to “unsubscribed” to prevent this user from receiving your broadcasts.
Usually, you will want to have two skills – one to unsubscribe the user and another to subscribe him/her back (just in case). These skills can be controlled by keywords (for example, “STOP” to unsubscribe), by bot menus or even by natural language intents.
